Terms of sale
These terms govern every sale Quest Brands LLC DBA Healix Labs ("Healix Labs") makes. Placing an order accepts them in full, and they are written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Acceptance
Submitting an order through healixresearchlabs.com accepts these terms, the research use policy, and the privacy policy as they stand at that moment. Continuing to use the site after a revision is posted accepts the revised version.
What is being purchased
Each order is a sale of the analytical reference standards described on the relevant product page, supplied subject to the research use policy. Nothing on the site states or implies that any material is safe or suitable for administration to a human or an animal.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales or use tax that applies. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. Prices, available quantities, and specifications may change without prior notice.
Order acceptance
A product shown on the site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Healix Labs may accept, decline, hold, or cancel any order at its discretion — including for pricing errors, suspected diversion, an attestation that cannot be verified, or shipping restrictions. Any order that is declined is refunded in full.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping methods, transit times, and packaging are described on the shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser when the material is handed to the carrier. Claims for damage or shortage must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
Materials cannot be returned once shipped. Anything that arrives damaged, without its certificate, or that fails its own certificate on independent re-test is replaced at Healix Labs’ cost. No other returns are accepted.
Use restrictions
The purchaser will not introduce any material into a human or animal subject, resell or transfer it for therapeutic use, or compound, formulate, or repackage it as a pharmaceutical product. Any such breach voids all warranties and indemnities.
No warranties beyond specification
Material is warranted only to meet the specifications stated on its certificate at the time of release. Every other warranty, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — is disclaimed. The purchaser is responsible for judging suitability for its own laboratory use.
Limitation of liability
Healix Labs’ total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the material the claim concerns. Healix Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost research output.
Indemnification
The purchaser will indemnify Healix Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from the use of the materials, a breach of these terms, a breach of the attestation, or any violation of applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought only in the state or federal courts sitting in New Castle County, Delaware.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable it is severed and the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the research use policy and the privacy policy, form the entire agreement between the parties.
Changes
Healix Labs may revise these terms by posting an updated version at this URL, with the revision date shown at the top. Material changes are summarised in the order confirmation email for the first order placed after a revision.
