Shipping & returns
Lyophilized peptides hold up at room temperature because the water that drives most degradation has been taken out of the vial. Orders travel in sealed amber glass inside a rigid moisture-barrier mailer, so cold packs serve no purpose in transit — the priority is keeping moisture, light, and physical shock away from the powder. Keeping material stable for the long term is the buyer's job, at −20 °C.

Standard shipping is included with every order. Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking is provided when the order ships.
There is no expedited or overnight option, because the chemistry gives no reason to pay for one.

Transit
How a vial travels

Sealed at synthesis
Once lyophilization is complete, each vial is closed in amber glass under an inert atmosphere with the residual moisture held low. Sealed this way, the powder stays chemically stable at room temperature for the whole transit window.

Shipped at ambient
The vial rides in a rigid moisture-barrier mailer with impact padding. No refrigerant is used — dried powder does not need it, and a cold pack only invites condensation when the package is opened. Shipments are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product or contents markings on the exterior.

Stored cold by you
On arrival, let the sealed vial warm to room temperature inside a desiccator before opening, then move it to −20 °C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, the material holds for the window printed on its certificate of analysis.
Coverage
United States only
Healix Labs ships only within the 50 US states. International orders are not accepted: research-use chemical materials move across borders under jurisdiction-specific rules that Healix Labs does not currently hold compliance for. Orders are also not consolidated through freight forwarders.
Claims
Damaged or delayed shipments
If a vial arrives broken, an item is missing, or there is any sign the moisture-barrier seal was compromised in transit, email [email protected] within 48 hours with the lot number and photographs. Damaged units are replaced at no cost.
Where a tracked label stalls for more than five business days, a replacement shipment is sent at Healix Labs’ expense.
Returns
Returns
Reference standards cannot be returned. Once a vial leaves the facility its chain of custody can no longer be re-verified, so neither opened nor unopened product is taken back.
The one exception is defects — damage on arrival, a missing certificate, or material that fails its own certificate on independent re-test — which are replaced at Healix Labs’ cost. Email the lot identifier to open a defect claim.
