Cancellation policy
Subscription and cancellation policy
Recurring shipments supply the same reference standard on a repeating schedule, at a standing 10% discount. This page sets out how one is billed, what the discount applies to, how to cancel, and when a recurring order is refunded. A recurring shipment can be cancelled at any time before the next shipment, and cancelling stops all future shipments.

What a recurring shipment is
A recurring shipment is a standing order for the same analytical reference standard, in the same size and quantity, supplied on a repeating schedule. It is selected per line at the point of purchase, and a single order may contain both recurring and one-time lines. A recurring shipment is supplied under the research use policy and the terms of sale on exactly the same footing as a one-time order, and the researcher attestation applies to each shipment made under it.
Billing and recurrence
Recurring shipments recur every 30 days from the date of payment, and the card on the order is charged on each recurrence. Each recurrence is a new order placed on the purchaser’s standing instruction, and payment for it is taken in full when it is placed — so T.03 of the terms of sale governs a recurring order in exactly the way it governs a single one.
Recurring discount
A 10% discount applies to every recurring shipment, not only the first, for as long as the recurring shipment continues. Where a bulk discount also applies to the same line, the recurring discount is applied to the already-reduced amount; the two are itemised separately in the order summary so the purchaser can see which reduction came from where.
Cancelling
A recurring shipment may be cancelled at any time before the next shipment. Cancellation stops all future shipments: nothing further is charged and nothing further is sent. An order that has already been charged at the moment of cancellation is dealt with by C.05 rather than by this clause.
Refunds
If a recurring order has been charged but has not yet shipped, it is refunded in full. Once the material has shipped it is not refundable — materials cannot be returned once shipped, which is T.06 of the terms of sale and is unchanged by this page. T.06’s exceptions are unaffected: anything that arrives damaged, without its certificate, or that fails its own certificate on independent re-test is replaced at Healix Labs’ cost.
How to cancel
How to cancel
Any of the three routes below cancels a recurring shipment, and all three have the same effect. Cancellation must reach Healix Labs before the next shipment.
Sign in, open the recurring shipment in your account, and cancel it there.
Write to [email protected] from the address the order was placed under, naming the compound and size you want stopped.
Call (855) 202-5658 and ask for the recurring shipment to be cancelled.
